SYGEF Ultra is a PEEK-HP piping system for the efficient transport of ultrapure water (H)UPW in OEM systems, distribution loops and tool hook-ups. It is designed to reduce rinsing times and exceed current purity standards. The system addresses the demands of current and future semiconductor technologies in the Ångström era, with feature sizes below 10 nm and approaching physical limits.
