PVC-U is an established material for water treatment and industrial process fluid distribution. It offers good chemical resistance and solvent-cemented jointing without fusion equipment. This category includes pipes, fittings and valves for assembling a system to suit the required dimensions and flow control needs.
For chemical pipework operating at elevated temperatures, PVC-C offers a wider range of applications than conventional PVC-U. This solvent-cemented piping system is used, for example, to convey process fluids in the chemical and surface treatment industries. Component selection depends on the combination of fluid, temperature and pressure.
ABS is particularly well suited to cooling pipework and low-temperature applications. It retains high impact strength, while its low weight makes pipe handling easier. Pipes, fittings and valves are joined using solvent cement to build a system that meets the needs of your cooling or industrial installation.
